From 9pm on the 27th to 3am on the 28th, 5mm of rain will fall in Seoul, North Gyeonggi and North Yeongseo, Gangwon. The expected snowfall is less than 1 cm in the northern part of Yeongseo, Gangwon-do.

After the snow stops, cloudy weather will continue across the country except Jeonnam and Gyeongsang.

Fine dust concentration will be “bad” in most central areas and some in Yeongnam.
