There were 1,292 local outbreaks and 24 foreign patients.

If you look closely at each region, the metropolitan area is overwhelmingly high, with 382 in Seoul and 264 in Gyeonggi.

As for the situation only in the metropolitan area, it decreased slightly compared to yesterday, but there are many places where the number of confirmed cases has increased in non-metropolitan areas.

The third pandemic is spreading in all directions, as the number of confirmed cases in the non-metropolitan area registered 300 for the first time.

First, in the Chungbuk area, where confirmed cases were received from nursing hospitals, 103 people per day increased yesterday.

There were many sporadically confirmed cases in other regions, including 39 in Busan, 32 in Gyeongnam, and 24 in Jeju.

There were 24 foreign patients, of which 20 occurred in the community.

The death toll also increased.

Yesterday, 14 people died from Corona 19, still registering double digits, and the cumulative death toll rose to 659.

Amid growing concern over the lack of beds, the number of seriously or seriously ill patients also rose by 29 a day yesterday.
