Police who inspected the CCTV inside the apartment immediately identified A, a neighbor in her 60s, as a suspect and arrested her in an emergency.

When the police mobilized and tried to return because the bet was around thousands of won, so they thought it was not a game, they pretended to stab the victims with a gun.

A police officer explained that at the time of the first arrest, the charges against Mr. A were not grounds for arrest and should be released.
However, there is mounting controversy over whether the lax police response has done great harm.
