The suspected ‘judge’s inspection’ document has not yet been released as the official agenda at tomorrow’s judges meeting, has it?

[기자]

There are 8 meeting agendas set so far.

There is no suspected ‘judge inspection’ agenda that has recently been controversial due to the expanded release of the sentence and the improvement of the planning judge system.

However, according to the statutes, the judicial representative can request the review of an agenda after obtaining the consent of nine other members.

Then, at tomorrow’s meeting, the suspected ‘Judge’s Inspection’ document can be put on the agenda and discussed.

The Meeting of the National Delegation of Judges is expected to begin at 10 am tomorrow and close at 7 pm.

After the meeting, it seems like you will be able to see what specific discussions took place in the afternoon or evening.

If opinions are gathered at the judge’s delegation meeting that it is unfair to the judge’s investigation, it is expected to affect Attorney General Yoon Seok-yeol’s disciplinary committee scheduled for the next 10.

The secretary of Public Affairs of the National Delegation of Judges explained that the issue of the controversial collection of judicial information by the Prosecutor’s Office is a matter raised a week before the meeting, and that based on the opinions of each court, the agenda is discussed at Monday’s meeting.

The Representative Assembly of the National Magistracy was constituted in accordance with the laws and regulations the following year due to the abuse of the rights of the judicial administration in 2017, and is a judicial administrative body in charge of issuing opinions and making suggestions on the main issues of judicial independence and judicial administration.

This meeting will be held as a video conference due to concerns about the spread of the Corona 19 infection.

Four days later, President Yoon Suk-yeol’s disciplinary committee will take place, right?

The Ministry of Justice will hold the Prosecutors’ Disciplinary Committee on the 10th and decide whether or not Attorney General Yoon Seok-yeol will be punished.

Initially, the disciplinary committee was scheduled for 2, but it was postponed to 4 due to a backlash from President Yoon and then 10 again.

General Yoon’s position is that both the content and the disciplinary procedures are unfair.

It is argued that the facts that have been published as grounds for disciplinary complaints are different and the disciplinary process is also a problem.

In particular, the Minister of Justice made a constitutional request, saying that there is a problem with the prosecutor’s own disciplinary law, which can have a great impact on the appointment of members.

We also filed a request for a temporary injunction to suspend the disciplinary committee proceedings until a decision is made by the Constitutional Court.

If the disciplinary committee includes people close to Justice Minister Choo Mi-ae, such as Deputy Justice Minister Yong-gu Lee and Attorney General Shim Jae-cheol, they are expected to request denial.

Minister Chu’s position is that the reason for the disciplinary claim is serious enough to dismiss Yun, and there is no problem with the procedure.

In particular, he claimed that the suspicion of a judge’s inspection was “illegal”, and it was obviously illegal because there was no authority to collect information from judges in the prosecution, and the purpose and means were also inappropriate.

Minister Chu filed an immediate appeal on the 4th, disagreeing with the decision to stay the execution of the Seoul Administrative Court, which previously suspended the effect of the suspension of President Yoon’s duties.

Apart from these court battles, the Disciplinary Committee will take place on the 10th, and if a disciplinary action beyond the salary reduction, such as dismissal, is decided against President Yoon, Minister Chu will propose it to President Moon Jae. -in and disciplinary action will be decided.

In front of the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office, a wreath of support for President Yoon Suk-yeol was erected again and a wreath of support for District Attorney Lee Seong-yoon was placed in front of the central district prosecutor’s office.

On the 1st, after President Seok-yeol Yoon returned to work, there are now around 30 wreaths that were erected one by one in front of the main gate of the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office.

On the crown, letters of support to President Yoon are inscribed, such as “I suffered the tyranny of Minister Chu” and “The country lives only when Yun Suk-yeol lives.”

The place where the crown was sent is marked with the conservative right-wing YouTube channel and personal names.

On the contrary, in front of the main gate of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office, a supporting wreath from the Central District Prosecutor’s Office, Lee Seong-yoon, was placed.

There are writings that say ‘Complete the reform of the prosecution’ and ‘Always encourage me’.

The Seocho-gu office in Seoul prescribed these garlands as illegal items due to unauthorized use.

Yesterday it was notified that it would be demolished for yesterday, saying that the unauthorized use of the sidewalk violates the pedestrian rights of citizens and undermines the aesthetics of the city.
