The Supreme Prosecutor’s Office has entered the system of acting as president as of today with the order to suspend the functions of Attorney General by the Minister of Justice Chu Mi-ae.

Yoon Seok-yeol is reportedly preparing a legal response with a private attorney without going to work.

Minister Choo Mi-ae, who left the briefing venue without questions and answers after reporting the news of the attorney general’s first disciplinary request.

Yoon Seok-yeol, who was suspended from his duties, did not go to the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office, and the prosecutors started a role-in-office system, focused on Deputy Prosecutor Cho Nam-gwan.

Deputy Prosecutor Cho, who did not appear in front of reporters on his way to work, said through a separate entrance door that the situation was unprecedented and that his shoulders were heavy and very sad.

He added that it would silently fulfill its functions as an authority body and that it would pass through the divided fiscal organization as soon as possible under the cause of the fiscal reform.

Yoon, who announced the legal response, is expected to file an administrative lawsuit requesting that the suspension be lifted in the near future, as well as a request to suspend the execution of Minister Chu’s order until the results are achieved.

Separately, even if the disciplinary action is decided in accordance with the deliberation of the Prosecutor and the Disciplinary Committee, Yun is expected to argue with additional administrative litigation.

Yoon is known to be preparing a legal response by appointing a private attorney, as he cannot even get help from the chief prosecutor’s staff while on suspension.

President Yoon said that he would respond legally to the end, saying that Minister Chu’s disciplinary claim and suspension of his duties were illegal, so whether he can return to Great Fencing will be decided in court.
