The sex offender Cho Doo-soon was released from prison.

A special security guard has been installed near the residence, and if the electronic ankle brace is damaged, a system is also activated that can immediately check the CCTV.

The focus is on whether the management measures issued by the police and administrative authorities will be effective.

Cho Doo-soon is now under 24-hour surveillance.

The area around the residence is guarded by the city council and a security guard led by the police.

The city of Ansan recently selected six new petition police officers at the martial officer level, and they work four shifts in groups of three.

Mobile squads and others are deployed at the police post and patrol 24 hours a day.

In addition, specialized programs such as sex education and alcohol therapy will be carried out in parallel.

If the court applies special observances to Doo-soon Cho as requested by the prosecution, drinking or traveling at night will also be restricted.
