However, one of the members who have been questioned, Shim Jae-cheol, the Attorney General of the Ministry of Justice, is particularly controversial.

Director Shim himself bypassed the committee’s position only after participating in the vote against other members, and for this reason, the disciplinary committee was established as a four-member system.

In this regard, President Yoon’s side criticizes that he made a trick by resigning from the committee only after the rejection request was dismissed, while still standing still to meet the quorum for the evasion decision even though he knew not to. I was qualified as a member.

However, Vice Minister of Justice Lee Yong-gu, an ex officio member of the disciplinary committee, emphasized that there was no problem.

Among them, the prosecutor Ryu-hyuk of the Ministry of Justice, who was controversial for having been ‘passed’ during the inspection process of President Yoon, the investigative intelligence officer Son Jun-seong, who was in charge of the writing department of the ‘judge’s investigation suspicion document’, and prosecutor Park Young-jin, who was on the command line of the channel A case, are willing to attend.
