[사회]Legal action when confirming negligence in quarantine at Noryangjin Appointment Academy

[앵커]

Related organizations such as the Ministry of Education have launched a survey at the Noryangjin Appointment Examination Academy in Seoul, where a cluster of confirmed corona19 cases occurred one day before the high school teacher appointment test.

If issues like neglect of quarantine are confirmed, legal action such as claiming reimbursement rights is expected.

The number of confirmed cases related to the Noryangjin Appointment Examination Academy increased by 5 more.

The cumulative confirmed case is 81.

There are 69 students, 2 academy officials and 10 family members and acquaintances.

Of these, 67 students did not even take the appointment test on the 21st.

By region, it spans the entire country, with confirmed cases appearing in 11 provinces, including Seoul.

The Ministry of Education, together with the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Seoul Metropolitan Government, conducted a survey on the current status of the institute.

The Education Ministry decided to take strict legal measures, such as fines, indictments and claims for reimbursement, if the investigation reveals that the institute’s quarantine is negligent.

However, some point out that it is a later book.

Notably, in the Seoul area, 7 of the confirmed cases of teachers and staff were confirmed by a school-related examination.

For this reason, there is growing concern that Corona 19’s spread from Noryangjin could affect the school site.
