Early in the morning, here in front of former President Lee’s house, there is a calm atmosphere.

Except for a few reporters and security personnel, there are few people, but only a couple of progressive YouTubers are raising their voices criticizing Lee.

Former President Lee, who was sentenced to 17 years in prison in the Supreme Court on 29 last month, did not go out for the entire weekend except to visit Seoul National University Hospital the next day for medical treatment.

But today you have to leave home.

This is because the sentence of the former president, who was released from stay of arrest execution, is being executed when the Supreme Court upheld the sentence.

Former President Lee will attend the Seoul Central District Attorney’s office at 2 p.m. today.

The distance from the residence in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul, to the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office is about 5 km, and former President Lee is expected to depart around 1:30 p.m.

After attending the Central District Prosecutor’s Office, I plan to travel in a prosecution vehicle to the Dongbu Detention Center in Seoul.

Former President Lee has been repeatedly released and imprisoned since his first arrest on March 22, 2018. After being released on February 25, I was re-shrouded after 251 days.
