It has been confirmed that the prosecution examined Park’s mobile phone for commercial purposes to find out how the late Mayor Park Won-soon was leaked.

It was practically sealed against the side of the bereaved, but the issuance of a seizure and search warrant will speed up the investigation as the digital forensics takes place.

The cell phone found at the site of the death of former Seoul Mayor Park Won soon emerged as a key piece of evidence to reveal allegations of sexual harassment and death, but was practically sealed in July.

The police, who were investigating the deaths, broke the password and initiated a forensic ceremony, but the request for a stay of execution, presented by the reaction of the survivors, was accepted by the court.

The police investigation was stopped immediately.

The investigation of other suspicions, such as the suspicion of sexual harassment and the acquiescence and assistance of the city of Seoul, as well as data on the death history, which was the subject of forensic analysis, has also been stopped.

It was none other than the prosecution that opened the sealed cell phone.

The Seoul Northern District Prosecutor’s Office is investigating the leak that former Mayor Park was charged with sexual harassment. Last month, the court issued a seizure and search warrant and digitally analyzed the mobile phone.

However, it is said that no conclusion has been reached as to who was involved in the process of transmitting the indictment to Mayor Park.

A prosecutor said that it was true that the mobile phone was forensic, but that it has been continuously investigated according to laws and principles to determine the substance and has not reached any conclusions.

The Blue House, the police and the prosecution appear to have flagged some of the claims that they concluded that they did not participate in the process of transmitting the complaint.

The prosecution is accelerating the investigation based on mobile phone data and reference statements, and it is expected that sooner or later it will reach a conclusion about how the indictment was leaked to Mayor Park.
