[사회]Kang Ki-jung, Kim Bong-hyun sued for ‘false statements’ … “I won’t take a penny”

Former Cheongwa Dae Jeong Moo-suk Kang Ki-jung directly sued former Star Mobility president Kim Bong-hyun to the prosecution.

Former Chief Kang said that the claim that former President Kim handed out 50 million won for lobbying purposes was false and refuted that he did not receive a penny and that there was no request.

Former Blue House Chairman Kang Ki-jeong sued former Star Mobility Chairman Kim Bong-hyun on charges of perjury and defamation.

Kang, who went so far as to file a complaint directly with the prosecution, explained the background to the legal response and said that he became an “unscrupulous criminal” due to President Kim’s false statement that he had given him 50 million won.

Former Chief Kang emphasized that while it was true that I met the former CEO of Star Mobility, who pointed out that former President Kim gave 50 million won, he did not receive any requests or gifts.

All he had to do was advise Lee, who was having difficulty operating the company at the time, to undergo a voluntary inspection by the Financial Oversight Organization.

Earlier, former President Kim Bong-hyun went to the trial of former CEO Lee and stated that in July last year he gave him 50 million won.

He also claimed that Lee gave money saying that it was necessary to meet with Chief Kang Ki-jung, and that he knew that this money had been passed on to former Chief Kang, if not all.

Is it if former President Kim lied, there was an alleged ‘delivery accident’ in between, or if the money was actually delivered, but former boss Kang made false rebuttals?

The truth is expected to be revealed through investigations by the prosecution.
