Gyeongsangnam-do Governor Kim Gyeong-soo, who was jailed in the first trial for participating in the “arrogant comment manipulation case,” is sentenced to appeal this week. Last year, the first trial court sentenced Governor Kim Gyeong-soo to two years in prison and jail time.
