Mr. B, a man in his 30s who is a motorcyclist, was also injured and taken to hospital, and the police are investigating whether or not to observe the signal.

This is where the accident happened.

Residents say it is a high risk of accidents because it is generally downhill, so cars and motorcycles run fast and there are many skateboarders crossing the crosswalk.

With the widespread use of electric scooters, the number of traffic accidents involving this type of personal vehicle has soared from 117 in 2017 to 225 in 2018 and 447 in the past year.

The death toll rose to 4 dead and 124 injured in 2017, 4 killed and 238 injured in 2018, and 8 killed and 473 injured last year.

The problem is that from the 10th an amendment to the Road Traffic Law will be implemented that allows people over 13 years of age to ride on an electric flotation board without a driver’s license and ride a bicycle on the road.

Incidents involving electric scooters are on the rise, but there is growing concern that the number of related accidents will increase as regulations are published.
