The momentum of the third coronavirus pandemic shows no signs of slowing down.

The number of new confirmed cases plummeted to 700 for a short time on Sunday and then rose to 880 yesterday.

Furthermore, it is an uncomfortable situation in which the route of infection is unknown, or asymptomatic infections spread throughout daily life and more than a thousand confirmed cases can appear at any time.

At 0 o’clock today, there are 880 new cases.

162 people increased compared to the previous day.

Regarding the route of infection, there were 848 national outbreaks and 32 foreign entries.

By region, new patients emerged today from more than 17 provinces across the country.

Seoul has 246, Gyeonggi 274 and Incheon 55, with 575 in the metro area alone.

There are 273 people in the non-metropolitan area, with 49 people in Ulsan.

This was followed by 40 in Busan, 37 in Chungnam, 32 in Daejeon and 18 in Daegu.

Eight of the 32 confirmed foreign flows were confirmed during the quarantine stage.

The number of deaths and seriously ill patients is increasing rapidly.

The death toll was added to 13, a cumulative 600, and the number of seriously ill patients rose from 20 to more than 200.

Quarantine authorities are concentrating on securing medical personnel with the expansion of hospitals for critically ill patients, hospitals for infectious diseases and life treatment centers.
