[사회]313 new confirmed cases of Corona 19 … daily infection spreads in all directions

As the spread of Corona 19 in Korea gradually increased, the number of new confirmed cases rose to 300 in 81 days.

Everyday infections – like workplaces, gatherings, swimming pools, and schools – are spreading in all directions.

A nursing home in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.

After the first confirmed cases on the 15th, 9 people were confirmed in a contact investigation, resulting in 10 cumulative confirmed cases.

At the nursing homes for the disabled in Cheorwon-gun, Gangwon-do, an additional 19 patients were confirmed, resulting in a cumulative 30.

After the nursing home caretaker was first confirmed, the family got together and smeared kimchi, and then moved to a nursing home in Pocheon, Gyeonggi-do.

In connection with the clothing workshop in Dobong-gu, Seoul, 14 more people were confirmed and a total of 15 were infected.

As such, an average of 10 small-scale cluster infections occurred per day, and 313 new cases were recorded in Korea.

Regarding the route of infection, the national outbreaks were 245 and the foreign entries were 68.

There were 91 in Seoul, 81 in Gyeonggi and 9 in Incheon, 181 in the metropolitan area alone, 15 in Jeonnam, 12 in Gyeongbuk, and 9 each in Gwangju and Gyeongnam.

As the number of infected people increased, an emergency was necessary to secure the beds in critical condition.

With 78% of critically ill beds nationwide in operation, there is a shortage of critically ill beds in areas where the recent spread of Corona 19, such as Gangwon and Jeonnam, is particularly pronounced.

The government has been operating stably so far, but the medical field is concerned that if it is the current trend, there will be a shortage of beds for critically ill patients starting this weekend.
