The number of confirmed corona19 cases in Korea, which fell to double digits yesterday, has risen to three places again.

As of today at 0 o’clock, there are 143 new confirmed cases of corona19 in Korea.

Regarding the route of infection, local outbreaks were 118 and foreign entries were 25.

Yesterday, in four days, the new confirmation reached double digits, but in one day, it went back up to triple digits.

It is the highest number in the last 10 days according to local infection criteria, and the number of new confirmed patients has increased despite the number of tests being half of the working days due to the weekend.

By region, there are still almost 70% of confirmed cases in the metropolitan area, including 54 in Seoul and 23 in Gyeonggi, but there are only five cities and provinces with no additional confirmed cases.

Of the 25 confirmed cases of foreign entry, the estimated entry regions were Europe, America and Asia, in that order, 14 of which were confirmed during the quarantine stage and the rest were confirmed by the local community.

Yesterday, the number of deaths per day increased by 1, and the cumulative number of deaths was 478, and the number of “seriously seriously ill” patients whose condition worsened after confirmation was 58, an increase of 5 from yesterday.

The number of cured patients increased by 58 and the cumulative release from quarantine reached 24,968.

In accordance with the new social distancing policy, the first stage, which corresponds to live prevention, was implemented since yesterday.

In the midst of this, with the Corona 19 outbreak reaching triple digits, special attention needs to be paid to compliance with quarantine regulations.
