A luxury Officetel underground parking lot in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul at 1am.

A blue car drives in, and after a while some younger-looking teenagers get out.

Look at the parked cars one by one and pull the door handle.

Then, when the doors of the two white cars are unlocked, they drive away.

These four people met in the underground parking lot here on two occasions to check if the car door was open.

The two stolen cars were rental cars, but the day before, the owner accidentally left the keys in the car and unloaded them.

The victim, who informed the police, conducted a separate chase via the rental car’s GPS signal.

And in one day, they directly caught four car thefts.

They were all teenagers without a driver’s license.

They started robbing for cars with open doors.

Then he found a rental car with a key and even stole a car.

Police have indicted four people, including 16-year-old Army A, on theft charges, and are investigating whether there are more crimes.
