The case of a national and public daycare center in Incheon where all kindergarten teachers, including children with disabilities, were regularly abused.

Police analyzed the CCTV footage for two months and it was confirmed that only 100 gigabytes of alleged abuse were recorded.

In terms of time, it is more than 20 hours.

CCTVs analyzed by the police were 5 terabytes in total in the last two months.

As for the time, the police judge that the number of alleged abuses exceeds 20 hours and at least 200 cases.

The police previously summoned the six kindergarten teachers and completed a basic investigation to view closed circuit television with a lawyer.

Starting this week, the policy is to call them one after another to ask about the actual abuse and the reasons.

The ambiguity to clearly determine abuse was left to an expert at a child protection agency for analysis.

We plan to decide whether to apply for an arrest warrant after synthesizing the institution’s investigation.

The city of Incheon is preparing follow-up measures, such as transferring disabled children who do not have a place to go due to the closure of the daycare to nearby daycare centers.
