However, it was confirmed that the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office sent an official letter to the Ministry of Justice the day after the statements were made.

I asked Minister Chu to remove him from his duties in accordance with the Prosecutor’s Disciplinary Law, as Deputy Prosecutor Chung is expected to be handed over to trial.

However, Minister Chu repeatedly confirmed the negative position.

After considering the adequacy of the prosecution process, he ordered the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office to investigate directly, noting that it was necessary to decide whether to exclude the position.

Some media reports have pushed the application of the crime of moral assault from above, and I heard that the Supreme Attorney General’s Office has opposed the exclusion request.

Although the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office refrained from responding to the officials, the prosecution indicated whether to investigate the appropriateness of the prosecution in cases where the first trial was not held.

In particular, the controversy over the illegality is heightened by the fact that Minister Chu ordered a separate review of the legislation addressed to the prosecutor Han Dong-hoon.

Minister Chu said that a prosecutor is maliciously interfering with the investigation without giving the password of the confiscated cell phone and ordered a review of the legislation to enforce this.

Prosecutor Han, the party in question, publicly criticized the idea that the Minister of Justice, who should be a bastion of human rights protection, is blocking the right to defense, a constitutional right, as an absurd idea and unconstitutional.

As the conflict between Minister Choo Mi-ae and President Yoon Suk-yeol deepens into an irretrievable state, there are also observations that one of them could be fatally injured as the controversy over illegality arose.
