On the 28th, the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutor’s Office, which had investigated the vacation preferences of Justice Minister Chu Mi-ae’s son, sanctioned all charges against Minister Chu, his son Seo-mo, and his former assistant Choo. Seo’s sick leave and vacation, which lasted up to 23 days, were not pressured or requested by Minister Chu, but in accordance with normal procedures. Attention was drawn to the murder of the Korean people in North Korea and Minister Chu was shocked by choosing a time when the Chuseok holiday was on the brink.
It was a planned conclusion. The regime said Minister Chu’s son “worked out the will of Dr. Ahn Jung-geun” and the Defense Ministry said, “There is no problem with the procedure for the vacation of Minister Chu’s son.” The Defense Ministry even created a response document that read, “ Tell me you don’t know. ” The results of the actual investigation were also revealed. The prosecution said, “a simple investigation”, on the multiple calls of the secretary Chu with the captain of the unit. For inquiries or guidance, call Minister Chu’s son. Why is there an assistant?
Minister Chu has insisted that he has never called an assistant from the unit. However, it was revealed that Minister Chu received a report from his assistant that “we are dealing with his son’s case” at the time of his son’s first extended sick leave (June 14, 2017). A week later, when Minister Chu sent the commander’s name and mobile phone number, the aide answered yes. Later, when Minister Chu said, “Contact my son,” the assistant said, “I have asked the support officer (captain) to extend (vacation) once more.” It is clear evidence that Minister Chu ordered an extension of his son’s vacation. Minister Chu lied. However, the prosecution said: “There is no context for Minister Chu’s participation.” Even if evidence emerges from instructions that cannot be moved, it is covered. They pretended to be investigating and were given an indulgence at the right time. It is not an accusation, but a cover-up manipulation group.
The prosecutor in charge of the investigation obtained a statement from a military officer that he had spoken with Assistant Minister Chu, but omitted it from the record. He concealed key evidence showing ‘Chu’s involvement. Minister Chu appointed the prosecutor who prevented the search for the seizure of his son as head of the investigation, the Dongbu District Prosecutor’s Office, and again called the prosecutor for the “ missing statement ” and charged him with the investigation. The Dongbu District Prosecutor’s Office, which had been doing practically nothing for more than seven months after Minister Chu and others were indicted, suddenly put on a show pretending to investigate such as search for seizures and investigation of subpoenas. At this time, there was an expectation that “the prosecution will grant an indulgence just before Chuseok.” I thought the government and the prosecution were ashamed of the past. They don’t know how to be ashamed.
