The smog and yellow dust that came yesterday over the weekend is expected to resolve with a strong cold wind today.

However, as the temperature drops significantly this time, a premature sub-zero chill is expected on the way to work tomorrow morning.

The city center as seen from Namsan was covered in hazy dust.

As if covering a gray curtain, the distance of the thorns in Seoul has been reduced to the usual level of a fifth,

Buildings that can be seen in the distance are difficult to demarcate.

It is caused by the introduction of Chinese smog and yellow dust into accumulated household pollutants due to atmospheric congestion.

There was no warning in Seoul, but the highest concentration of ultrafine dust, which is bad for respiratory organs, registered 98㎍ by Seocho-gu standards.

Furthermore, the level was 3 to 6 times higher than usual, mainly in western regions such as 105 Sihwa Industrial Complex in Gyeonggi and 80 y in Yeongheung, Incheon.

Here, there were many places where the concentration of fine dust caused by the yellow sand shot up to around 150㎍.

Not only children with respiratory diseases and the elderly, but also the general public should refrain from outdoor activities.

However, this fine dust, which has exploded nationwide, will not last long and will gradually resolve itself from the central region overnight.

But after that, as the cold wind gets stronger, the cold will come instead of the fine dust. On the way to work Monday, temperatures in the interior, such as the metropolitan area, drop to around 0 degrees, and the premature sub-zero cold is expected to return.
