In Japan, the number of new confirmed corona19 cases exceeded the highest for two consecutive days.

Although the Japanese government’s response to Corona 19 was late, several measures have not been effective in the environment at the end of the year.

Let’s start with the infection situation in Japan.

The number of new confirmed cases on day two is the highest, but don’t you see any signs of sinking?

[기자]

The number of newly infected people in Japan was 3,740 yesterday according to NHK’s tally.

They were 460 more than the previous day, registering the highest number of confirmed cases since the second day of the crown crisis.

In particular, about 900 confirmed cases a day came out in Tokyo.

The governor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Koike, heard that the number of inspections was high.

In Tokyo alone, the prospect of surpassing 1,000 confirmed cases a day is gradually becoming a reality.

In three prefectures, such as Kanagawa, Chiba and Saitama, near the metropolitan area with center in Tokyo, the highest number of confirmed cases per day came out.

There is also the possibility that a mutant virus originating in the UK has been introduced into Japan, which has been highly controversial.

On the 16th, a man in his 30s who returned home from England was confirmed positive.

Health officials are investigating whether the man has been infected with a highly contagious mutant virus.

Although the Japanese government has recently introduced countermeasures against the coronavirus, it is showing no effect.

Did you say that the infection was confirmed after a dinner for the Chief of Staff of the Maritime Self-Defense Force, the Chief of Staff of the Navy in Korea?

[기자]

On the 22nd, it was reported that the leader of the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Forces, Yamamura Makoto, and Nishi Makoto were infected with Corona 19.

Defense Minister Kishi announced today at a press conference that the two attended the farewell party of 14 colleagues on the 16th, before the infection was confirmed.

Minister Kishi said that there was alcohol on the seats, while explaining that the seats were maintained and acrylic plates were also installed.

To prevent the spread of the infection, the Japanese government has called for them to refrain from gatherings such as the end-of-year holidays and for fewer than 5 people to be there even if they do gather, but high-ranking officials are also not following them well.

Prior to this, Prime Minister Suga also apologized to the public after it was revealed that he had attended a dinner with various people almost every night in the midst of the Korosa crisis.

The number of confirmed cases in Japan is now roughly 10 times higher than last spring’s emergency.

These cases clearly show that the general surveillance on Corona 19 in Japanese society has become more flexible compared to those days.

In particular, decorative lights are installed throughout Tokyo to illuminate the streets at night during the New Year holidays.

With crowds trying to take commemorative photos every night, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government even requested that these lights be turned on until 8 p.m.

Prime Minister Suga predicts a press conference to the public on Corona 19 tonight.

With the late response and approval rating dropping significantly, attention is being paid to which position to take.
