First, let’s start with the local environment.

Yesterday, a thousand protesters gathered in front of the White House, but what is the situation today?

[기자]

Right now, the time here passes at exactly 2:08 am.

It’s early in the morning, but there are some things, but these days Washington is usually quiet.

There were small and sporadic protests throughout Washington.

However, protests against racial profiling have continued in front of the White House for a few months now, so I think it should be seen as an extension of the line.

However, there was also an accident, and President Trump’s discontent with the election is in full swing, so it appears to be a matter of time before protests erupt.

[앵커]

You said there was an accident, but the representatives and members of the far-right group that support President Trump were attacked on the street near the White House?

[기자]

So is.

The incident occurred yesterday morning after the election, about two blocks from the White House.

Four members of the far-right group Proud Boys, a supporter of President Trump, were stabbed and seriously injured.

There was even a video on social media, where several people got into a fight and a woman was stabbed by a gun and asked for help.

One of the victims recently became famous by spraying paint on the phrase “Black human rights are precious.”

Trump supporters claim that it was a black human rights group that supported Biden.

Washington is tense when actual violence occurs. Police are chasing three suspects.

Yesterday, the demonstration of a liberal group blocked traffic throughout Washington.

[기자]

Not as tight as yesterday, but security at the White House remains tight.

The police are on duty in front of the White House.

A high wall has been erected in Lafayette Square for fear of violence.

A 2.5m high steel fence was also built around the White House, creating a fence two to three times.

It is an atmosphere in which a war of troubled litigation is becoming a reality. Did Trump’s group sue Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia to stop counting?

[기자]

President Trump expressed strong dissatisfaction with the direct mail voting via Twitter.

He said that his dominance began to magically disappear as the votes were counted.

Trump Camp said it filed a lawsuit against the count in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia.

Since the count does not stop immediately, the count continues on site.

As soon as the judge of the area where the lawsuit was filed would have to make the decision to stop it through a hearing, it seems that it will be possible to know if a day later.

Trump Camp also said it would require a recount from Wisconsin.

Wisconsin state law states that a recount can be requested if the gap is within 1%, so the current gap is 0.6%, so a recount can be performed.

[앵커]

What about candidate Biden? You said you wanted to secure the majority of the electoral body, right?

[기자]

Candidate Biden gave a press conference about two hours ago.

Although he did not declare victory, he said he was confident of victory.

Let’s hear it for yourself.

I was sure I would win in Pennsylvania as well, where I am currently being beaten.

Earlier, the president of the presidential campaign headquarters also expressed his anticipation that candidate Biden was on the road to victory.

Along with this, they refuted the initiation of lawsuits by Trump Camp as absurd and unprecedented.

He emphasized that the legal team is now ready, and that in the 2000 presidential election, there will not be a situation where defeat is defeated first like Al Gore.
