Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, Tamura Noricha, held a press conference last night on the 25th and announced that five citizens returning from the UK have been confirmed to be infected with the mutant corona virus19.

Two out of five people infected with the mutant virus returned home through Haneda airport on the 21st and three through Kansai airport the same day.

At the airport, they tested positive for Corona 19, and their samples were analyzed by the National Institute of Infectious Diseases in Japan, and it was revealed that it was a corona 19 mutant virus.

Five people infected with the mutant virus are men and women under the age of 10 to 60, four have no symptoms, and one has been reported to have symptoms of boredom.

There have also been cases of mutant virus infection in Germany.

The German Health Ministry for the state of Baden-Wurttemberg said a woman who arrived at Frankfurt Airport by air from London, UK on the 20th, was confirmed to be infected with the COVID-19 mutation.

An analysis of a sample taken from the woman revealed that it was a mutant virus currently spreading in the UK, authorities say.

The mutant virus, which first appeared in south-east England in late September, was found to be up to 70% stronger than the existing Corona 19 virus.

In the midst of this, the United States has joined the measures that 40 countries around the world, including Korea, have arrived from the United Kingdom.

The CDC, the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, announced in a statement on the 24th local time that all passengers leaving the United Kingdom for the United States must receive a negative Corona 19 test. within 72 hours before departure.

This is due to concerns about the spread of the mutant COVID-19 virus in the UK, and this action will take effect from 28 local time, the CDC said.
