California, Texas, etc. ‘resistance’ to guidelines to reduce inspection targets
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently changed its guidelines to say that even if there are no symptoms, even if you’ve been in close contact with a person confirmed by corona19, you don’t need to have a test.
States, where the spread still persists, have rebelled against the need to continue diagnostic testing in close contacts.
In the midst of this controversy, the Dallas Korean Association personally conducted free diagnostic tests for compatriots.

In the United States, including Texas, a serious situation continues with 40% of confirmed cases asymptomatic.
Despite concerns about the spread of asymptomatic infections, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have changed their position that even if you are in close contact with the confirmed case, it is not necessary for the asymptomatic person undergoes diagnostic tests unless it is medical personnel or high-risk groups.
This means that if you want an exam, you have to pay a fee of 150,000 to 200,000 won.
The states of California and Texas, which are the most widespread in the United States, immediately protested and said they would adhere to the inspection policy for asymptomatic close contact.
However, even if you get a free trial, your appointments are late and you have to wait several weeks to get tested.
