Joseph Baena mirrors his famous father Arnold Schwarzenegger by lifting weights and flexing his muscles

There is no doubt that he is his father’s son.

Not only does Joseph Baena look remarkably similar to his famous father Arnold Schwarzenegger, he has also embraced a lifestlye of exercises and bodybuilding with weights just like the Terminator star and former California Governor.

And on Saturday, the 22-year-old took to Instagram and shared a video of himself pumping iron in an open gym on yet another sunny Southern California day.

“Nothing like the good ol-tan-pump-combo!” Baena wrote in the title, a reference that he could work on his tan and hit the weights at the same time.

Not only did he go shirtless to work on his golden tan, but he also apparently did it to show off ripped physique.

The California native also wore black shorts and sneakers while ripping through a rope of weightlifters to work to put his shoulders down.

At the end of the set, Baena flashed a big radiant smile and then turned to do a traditional muscle flex, just like his father did in his years as a champion bodybuilder, beginning in the 1960s.

Baena’s mother, Mildred Baena, was the housekeeper of the Schwarzenegger family when she had an affair with the action movie star.

At the time, he was married to Maria Shriver, the journalist who had the mother of all his other children – Katherine, 30, Christina, 28, Patrick, 26, and Christopher, 22.

It turns out that Baena was born just weeks after Christopher in 1997.

Schwarzenegger and Shriver divorced in 2011 after the Los Angeles Times revealed he had an affair and father had his youngest son more than 14 years earlier.

The former couple, who married in 1986, finally made their divorce in 2017.
