After postponing their 2020 tour due to the coronavirus pandemic, Guns N ‘Roses has announced rescheduled dates for 2021.
“Hey Gunners,” begins a message posted on the band’s social media pages, “Our 2020 North American tour dates will be rescheduled for Summer 2021. The trek begins July 10, 2021, in Milwaukee, WI at Summerfest. and it will make stops throughout the United States and Canada all summer before ending in Los Angeles, California on August 19, 2021. “
While many of the concerts scheduled for 2020 will carry over to a new date, Guns N ‘Roses noted that not all performances could be rescheduled. “Unfortunately, some select ones will have to be canceled due to routing and site availability issues that developed during the deferral process,” the band explained.

GNR’s most recent show took place on March 14 at the Vive Latino festival in Mexico City. The performance received some criticism, as the band took the stage even when other festivals, including South By Southwest and Coachella, canceled their events due to the growing threat from Covid-19. Despite these concerns, Guns N ‘Roses went ahead with their lead performance in Mexico City, delivering a set of 22 songs to the crowd of fans in attendance.
More recently, rumors about the group’s new music have gained momentum. GNR is reportedly “working hard” on new material, although exact details, including a release date, have yet to be revealed.
