The decision was deemed necessary for precautionary reasons, and with the aim of better protecting the safety of the students, since the severe weather conditions and the strong frosts that are expected to prevail in Attica in the coming hours will make it difficult to move schools . and movement of students in their schools, which in most cases are not within the municipalities in which they reside.
The Attica region, depending on how the meteorological data evolves, will reassess the situation tomorrow morning, to examine, if necessary, the possibility of extending the closure of the Special Schools beyond Monday.
It should be noted that due to the consequences of bad weather, the Attica Region recommends that all citizens, in areas where there are frosts, move with special care and follow the instructions and recommendations of local authorities.
