Unacceptable images, in the midst of a pandemic and lockdown, were leaked from the birthday party held yesterday by DSA President Dimitris Vervesos.
As can be seen from the photos uploaded to an Instagram account by those present at the party (who later deleted them, obviously considering the uproar that followed), about ten people gathered in the office of the DSA president.
In fact, champagnes were opened to celebrate the event. “We are celebrating our giant”, were some of the enthusiastic messages from his friends.
According to the photos, the only one wearing a mask was Dim. Βερβεσός.
Of course, an unthinkable irresponsible action is a challenge for society and citizens who are disciplined in confinement. Of the representatives of the legal world, the least one would hope would be to set the example of obeying the law.

Bogdanos: Disgust!
ND MP Konstantinos Bogdanos commented on the meeting on Twitter, writing:
Since this is not a rude joke, DSA President Dimitris Vervesos and a dozen of his friends are having a champagne party in his office tonight. Only he wears a mask. “Everyone was here” and “We are celebrating our giant” recently posted on Instagram. Apostrophe!”
