The man probably mistook the holidays …
In Greece we could see someone like that on Halloween, while in some foreign countries, on Halloween.
And yet Asad Khan, as the man is called, dressed up as a werewolf on New Year’s Eve and scared people on the streets of Peshawar, Pakistan.

Of course with such an appearance, we do not know if the people were scared or laughing, however the police arrested him the moment he started making strange screams at passersby.
The reasons for his act have not yet been released, however, his photos have gone viral on the Internet.
