At 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, a traffic accident occurred on Grigoriou Lambraki street, in front of the town hall.
A 19-year-old girl, on foot, tried to cross the street and was hit on the head by a truck, a lorry, moving in the Volos stream. In fact, the collision was so fierce that the young woman hit a hole in the front of the truck on the head.
An EKAB ambulance was immediately notified, transporting the unfortunate woman to Volos Hospital, while the Investigations Department of the Volos Traffic Police conducts a preliminary investigation into the causes of the accident.
According to the first information, the 19-year-old was lucky in her misfortune since the first diagnosis speaks of bruises on the forehead.
