The signal for the start of vaccinations against the coronavirus in Greece was given by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, announcing that the first vaccinations will begin on Sunday, December 27.

The form to be signed by the vaccinated

According to the instructions sent to the vaccination centers and prepared by the Ministry of Health and the National Vaccination Committee, citizens who will be vaccinated against Covid-19 must give their consent orally, which will ensure that they have been informed. completely for the process, but also for the possible side effects. In the event that a citizen cannot give oral consent to the vaccine, the document must be completed by a family member, caregiver or legal assistant. 
How to make an appointment

In particular, there will be four public vaccination service channels, two digital and two physical, to make the process as easy as possible.

From there, citizens will choose whether to confirm the proposed dates for appointments or whether they will need to modify them.
The same will be done on the special platform emvolio.gov.gr. At the same time, there will be physical service points for those without the necessary digital skills, including pharmacies and KEPs as points to close or change appointments.
No electronic signature will be required, identification will be made by the state.
