Determined not to accept his defeat seems to be Donald Trump, who insists on fraud in the US presidential elections, without ceasing to question the result.

Trump’s allies appear to either support his strategy or remain silent. But one thing is for sure: Trump will not easily accept defeat.
Instead, he will exhaust all means at his disposal by challenging the election outcome, especially in key states that gave Joe Biden victory.
Donald Trump’s allies and advisers in private discussions have admitted that the chances of him changing the election result and staying in the White House are slim. As they prepare for a possible admission of the defeat of the outgoing president, they have asked for time for legal action to be considered.
“He should allow the recounts to take place, file appeals and then if nothing changes, he should admit defeat,” said a Trump adviser.

So some states with a Democratic governor but Republican legislators could send dual voters. In that case, Vice President Mike Pence would be responsible for clarifying the situation. If he rejected twice as many voters, then neither candidate would get the required number of votes (270) and the House of Representatives would take care of the solution. Each state mission in this case has one vote.
However, in such a case, Nancy Pelosi could block the entire process and thus return the process to Justice.
One scenario would even be that the FBI or other law enforcement agencies step in to force Trump out of the White House. Some have even spoken of military intervention.
