A man has been arrested on charges of conspiring to assassinate Democratic candidate Joe Biden, according to US media reports.

According to TMZ, the FBI arrested a 19-year-old man in North Carolina named Alexander Trisman on charges of attempted murder against Biden.

Federal agents located the man, who was arrested in May for child pornography, via social media, where he asked his friends online if he should kill the Democratic candidate.

After being immediately monitored, authorities determined that he planned to travel to a location just 2 miles from Biden’s home. It is observed, in fact, that when there was a search of his house, a list with specific reports (in documents) was found and the word “execution” was circled. A truck full of weapons and explosives was also found at the 19-year-old Treisman home, which would likely be trapped at a point where Biden’s procession would pass.

A van full of weapons and explosives was found at his home, which would likely be trapped where Biden’s procession would pass.

The Federalists reportedly disclosed driver’s licenses from three different states. According to the documents, Internet searches for Trisman between March and May 2020 also included information about Biden’s home address.
