A misspelling by Donald Trump on Twitter was becoming one of the biggest gaffes of the American president on Presidential Election Day.
Shortly after tweeting that he would make a statement late on election night, the US president wrote on Twitter that “they are trying to steal the election.”
He stated that voters “cannot vote after the Polish shutdown!” instead of polls (wrote Poles instead of Polls).
Twitter was quick to block the post. Of course, the term “Poles” became a trend on Twitter, and users like Jimmy Kimmel didn’t leave the mistake untouched.
Trump quickly withdrew and corrected the tweet even though it was too late.
Of course, the warning in Twitter’s “misleading” tweet was justified because there was no credible evidence of voter fraud or fraud. However, the brand did not refer to … Poles.
Dear @realDonaldTrump – you accidentally deleted this tweet about Poles pic.twitter.com/D5rQd5KMXN

We are in BIG time, but they are trying to STEAL the election. We will never let them do it. No votes can be cast after the polls are closed!
