Michael Knappinski, 45, was dead for a full 45 minutes, after his heart had stopped for all this time, before the doctors managed to bring him back.
Knapinski was hiking in Mount Rainier National Park in Washington, DC, last week when he got lost in sub-zero conditions. According to WPVI-TV, which works with CNNi, a team from the Navy she found him unconscious.
