Two hoplites were injured Tuesday morning, at the Parachute Squad camp in Aspropyrgos, when they fired a gun.

The two hoplites were taken to the 401 Military General Hospital, where they were given first aid. Their condition is not a cause for concern, as they suffered minor injuries to their legs.

Specifically, the incident occurred when a hoplite, outside the camp rooms, began to explore his weapon. Unknown why, in the gun a bullet was left in the chamber and fired. The bullet hit the two soldiers, one in the calf (simple abrasion) and then the other in the sole.
