Donald Trump made clear his opposition to the expansion of the Supreme Court with the inclusion of the Democratic Judiciary through his Twitter.
This process, called Court Packing, came primarily after the death of Justice Ruth Bender Ginsberg, as the Supreme Court was left to Trump to administer it.
In fact, if Trump accepts the expansion of the Court, new positions will be created that can be filled by Democrats, something that, as he clarified, he does not intend to accept.
“If the two Georgia senators lose, which would be horrible for our country, I am the only thing standing between the ‘Extension of the Court’ and its preservation. “Under no circumstances will I allow the Court to expand!” Said Trump.
If the two senators from Georgia lost, which would be a horrible thing for our country, I am the only thing standing between “filling the court” (last number heard 25) and preserving it. I will not pack the court under any circumstances!

He added: “If the Supreme Court shows great wisdom and courage, the American people will win perhaps the most important case in history and our electoral process will be respected again!”
