Incredible tragedy with a 75 year old victim.
An incredible tragedy unfolded in Aigio when the man who had previously threatened to jump off a bridge carried out his threat.
It is about a 75-year-old man, who according to the local tempo24.gr is dead.
It is observed that the flow of traffic to Patras from the Corinth – Patras highway at the height of Aigio is closed.
The 75-year-old man had been threatening to fall from a bridge at Olympia Odos, in Aigio, since the morning. As they passed through the place, they alerted the police who quickly arrived at the scene.
An EKAB ambulance was found at the scene, as well as the Fire Brigade, with the special police negotiator, trying in vain to persuade the suicide bomber.
