Nikos Hardalias announced a traffic ban from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. across the country on Wednesday afternoon, with the measure effective from next Friday.

How the Employee Certificate (Certificate Type A) is Issued
To get to and from work, the certificate is made through the ERGANI Information System or by filling in the “Employee Transit Certificate” form that is signed by the employer.

For a permanent certificate of movement (Type A) to and from work, the following form is required:

For a circulation certificate that is valid from the date of issue and for 14 days from and to work for employees, it is required to complete the corresponding certificate through PS ERGANI.

The intersection of the employee’s data is made according to the data stored in PS ERGANI of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. In case of reporting false information, an administrative fine of 300 euros is imposed on the worker and 500 euros on the employer.
Marketing authorization certificate for freelancers – El. Professional and artisan through PS ERGANI
For a permanent certificate of movement to and from work for freelancers – freelancers and entrepreneurs, it is required to complete the corresponding certificate through PS ERGANI or the form “Employee Traffic Certificate”

2) INDIVIDUAL MOVEMENTS (Type B)
In addition to work reasons (type A certificate), for individual movements (type B), that is, related to health or physical exercise or pet walking, you have 3 options: SMS, printed and completed movement certificate form or certificate of handwritten movement.
1. Send SMS
You can send an SMS from your mobile to the number 13033 for free.
The SMS must have the format: X [κενό] name and address of residence.
Where X is the production ratio with the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 corresponding to the following ratios:
– Go to a pharmacy or visit a doctor, if recommended after relevant communication. VALID AFTER 21:00
– Go to a store of basic necessities in operation (supermarket, mini-market), where it is not possible to send them. NOT VALID AFTER 9:00 PM
– Go to the bank, insofar as it is not possible to carry out an electronic transaction. NOT VALID AFTER 9:00 PM
– Moving to help people in need or to accompany minor students to school. NOT VALID AFTER 9:00 PM
– Attend a funeral under the conditions provided by law or go to divorced parents or parents who are in a dimension that is necessary to ensure communication between parents and children, in accordance with current provisions. NOT VALID AFTER 9:00 PM
– Physical exercise in the open air or movement with a pet, individually or as a couple, observing in the latter case the necessary distance of 1.5 meters. VALID AFTER 21:00

The service is available from mobile phones with a SIM card from mobile phone providers operating in Greece (Cosmote, Vodafone GR, Wind). To use the 13033 service, citizens with a device that has a SIM network card abroad can obtain a prepaid connection at the providers’ points of sale. It is recalled that the use of the service 13033 is free.
The messages of 13033 refer exclusively to the confirmation of exceptional trips. 13033 does not send messages that refer to the installation of the software or a website other than forma.gov.gr
