The unfortunate 33-year-old was traveling in a vehicle with his wife and three children. Meanwhile, in the other vehicle, only the driver was present.
The violent collision caused the occupants to be trapped in the remains of the two vehicles.
An EMAK vehicle ran to the scene, and his men released the wounded, while EKAB ambulances were already there.
Ambulances picked up the wounded and transported them to Heraklion General Hospital in Venizelos, with one of them, a total of 6 wounded, the unfortunate 33-year-old already dead.
