At the same time, the number of intubated patients in the Intensive Care Units amounts to 187.

Today we announce 2,917 new cases of the new virus in the country, of which 27 were detected after controls on the country’s portals. The total number of cases is 49,807, of which 54.5% are men.
4,303 (8.6%) are considered related to trips from abroad and 14,879 (29.9%) are related to a known case.
187 of our fellow citizens are being treated by intubation. Their average age is 66. 43 (23.0%) are women and the rest are men. 90.4% of intubated patients have an underlying disease or are 70 years or older. 310 patients have been discharged from the ICU.
Finally, we have 29 more registered deaths and 702 deaths in total in the country. 275 (39.2%) women and the rest men. The mean age of our deceased fellow citizens was 79 years and 96.6% had an underlying disease and / or were 70 years or older.
