The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs clarified the new forms of Employee Movement Certificate that are valid after the introduction of the new blockade.

Who is excluded from the Employee Movement Certificate forms

New hires are excluded from the new forms:

in a state of suspension of employment

legal authorization

The Certificates are issued on the one hand electronically by PS ERGANI / of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and on the other hand by the website https://forma.gov.gr, after a responsible declaration-request of the employer, which is granted exclusively to employees who personally lend their work in the company / employer.

Closed companies mandated by a public authority, based on KAD, can issue the corresponding certificates only to those employees who are employed in their permitted activities.

For the smooth transition to the new Employee Movement Certificate, a transitional period of application and use is granted until 2/17/2021 at 06:00. For the period from 2/15/2021 to 6:00 AM to 2/17/2021 and 5:59 AM, employees can go to and from work with the old printed forms: registration permits of employees.

With a new form through PS ERGANI or from the web https://forma.gov.gr, the self-employed without an employer, the self-employed and the entrepreneurs can also move. In this case, the form must be accompanied by your CIF, which is provided through TAXISNET (data from the Natural Person and Business Activity Registry).

Finally, with a new form through PS ERGANI, the members of the administrative body will also be able to travel, after a responsible declaration from the participating company. It is clarified that in the first two days of the implementation of the new framework, on Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 February 2021, controls and recommendations will be made to employees by the competent authorities. As of the morning of Wednesday, February 17 (6 am), the measure will be implemented with the sanctions provided.
