Measures by level of epidemiological burden
The measures will be applied in each zone depending on the level at which it is located, A – vigilance (yellow) or B – increased risk (red):
Sport
Level A – vigilance (yellow): Training and games without spectators, reduction to 75% of the maximum number of athletes per facility, while the specialized instructions and health protocols for training and games of the General Secretariat for Sports remain in force.
Regarding gyms, at level A the mandatory use of masks is foreseen for staff, but also for the public while waiting in the gym and in all common areas of the gym as well as in group exercise. Wearing a mask is not mandatory in individual sports (eg treadmill, weights) with a distance of 2 m. Also, the ratio of 1 person per 10 square meters should be observed.
Level B: high risk (red): Suspension of any sporting activity. Individual exercise is only allowed outdoors, without a coach. Also, individual sports are allowed only in open facilities and for specific sports, such as tennis, shooting, archery, sailing (single-crewed), rowing (single-crewed), kayak canoe (single-crewed), water ski , athletics, swimming. (offshore), cycling, golf, horse riding and motor sports.
Relative to the gyms, at level B, all its operations are suspended.
Regarding the holding of matches, only the A ‘National Football League (Super League) and the A1 National Basketball Division (Basket League), as well as European matches (Champions League and Europa League) are allowed according to special FIFA protocols and FIBA.
Archaeological sites and museums
For archaeological sites and open-air museums, both level A (yellow) and level B (red) provide a distance of 1.5 meters between people.
For closed museums, in level A (yellow) the following is provided: 2 meters of distance between people and 1 person per 15 square meters. while group tours are allowed up to 10 people.
At level B (red), the closed museums are suspended.
Courts
At level A (yellow), up to 30 people are allowed in the courtroom and, in consultation with the judicial administrations, measures will be implemented to prevent collusion in the secretariats.

Sunday markets and fairs

Grocery store

Level A (yellow) provides for the movement of guests at a rate of up to 15% per hour, with a maximum of 750 guests per day, as directed by the commander.

Popular markets
For level A, the participation of 65% of the vendors is expected, with a distance of 3 meters between the stalls and the operation of the parallel markets.

Retail

Transport
Both levels provide up to 65% occupancy on public transport and on ships. Regarding taxis, in level A up to 3 passengers are allowed, while in level B ‘(red) only one passenger is allowed. Also in level B ‘(red), up to 3 people are allowed in cars (except for families).
Hospitals and diagnostic centers
Assistance per patient and limitation of scheduled surgeries is provided up to 20% in level A (yellow) and up to 80% in level B (red). With the exception of both levels, oncological and high-urgency cases.
Playgrounds (covered)
Level A provides for 1 child for every 5 square meters. and up to 50 children, mandatory use of a mask for children over 4 years old and 1 assistant per child.
It is also foreseen that the distances to the table seats and the hygiene rules are respected.
At level B ‘(red), the operation of the playgrounds is suspended.
Rehearsals and television shootings
Mandatory use of a mask in rehearsals and for those not on set, as well as recording of entrances and exits.
At level A (yellow) there is also a distance of 1.5 meters for the actors and 2 meters for choruses and winds in rehearsals, while at level B (red) the projected distance between the actors increases to 2 meters .
Assemblies
Level A (yellow) foresees measures to limit meetings based on the epidemiological situation in neighboring areas and the country as a whole.
Therefore, up to 50 people can participate in A-level meetings, maintaining a distance of 1.5 m.
Level B (red) provides for the suspension of all public meetings in the context of constitutional provisions for the protection of public health.
Concert halls, theater performances and other performing arts
The yellow tier provides 50% compliance and the mandatory issuance of an e-ticket. This type of event is suspended in indoor stadiums and gyms.
At level B (red) there is a suspension of audience attendance, while there is the possibility of making a show exclusively for internet transmission.
Conferences and exhibitions
Level A provides 1 person for every 10 square meters. at least up to 100 participants, in addition to maintaining a distance of 1.5 meters between the participants.
At level B (red), this activity is suspended.
Schools
Mandatory use of a mask for children over 4 years of age in both levels of health insurance (A and B).
Places of worship
