A small incident took place on the morning of Monday 10/11 in front of the Athens Court of Appeal, where the president of the three-member Criminal Court of Appeals will read the court’s ruling on whether there are grounds to recognize mitigating circumstances for the convicts by Golden Dawn.
A group of supporters of the convicted Giannis Lagos tried to approach the PAME meeting. They were repulsed by MAT forces after they managed to throw a coffee and a bottle of water at a protester. These are five people, who were served.
The authorities also brought in other ATHEX fans who tried to get closer to the PAME rally.
Due to the gathering of people in front of the Court of Appeals, the traffic stopped at the descent of Alexandra Avenue, downstream to Patision from the height of its contribution to Kifissias Avenue. About 200 people from PAME and various organizations have gathered on the site so far.
