Crowds of people huddle in a few hundred square meters of cement, the streets are blocked and three employees are helping at the booth in the square to distribute dozens of cans of beer and anything else available in alcohol.
The surrounding bars sell takeaway cocktails in a plastic cup and at that time there are an estimated over 500 people in and around the square.
