The first 9,700 doses of the Pfizer / Biontech vaccine have already passed through Greece through Promachonas. On December 28 or 29, the first large delivery with 80,000 doses of the vaccine is expected to take place in our country.

According to information from SKAI, the shipment with the vaccines will remain tonight in northern Greece and will begin tomorrow Saturday for the Attica patrol escort. The vaccines will be transported to a warehouse in Kryoneri.

5 thousand policemen will participate in the Police measures for the storage of vaccines, while the protection of storage areas and vaccination centers will be 24 hours a day.

On Sunday, vaccinations will begin simultaneously at 5 referral hospitals in Attica.

The first two to be vaccinated will be a nurse and an elderly person. The President of the Republic and the Prime Minister are among the first to be vaccinated.
