The 91 detainees were released by order of the prosecution, after a police intervention yesterday in the Polytechnic and the Polytechnic Campus of Zografou, after the Attica Security filed a complaint against them for a series of crimes, and all were fined 300 euros for Covid-19.
In particular, as learned by the Police, against the 66 detainees at the Polytechnic, a complaint was filed for interruption of service, violation of disease prevention measures and false testimony (they refused to give fingerprints). For the 25 detainees at the Polytechnic, a case was filed for interruption of the service, violation of the measures to prevent diseases, arson and injury to symbols (burned flag), damage to property of others (according to the Police, it caused damage to the Polytechnic, some clubs) and perjury, as they refused to give fingerprints.
The file will be sent to the competent prosecutor, who will decide on the prosecutions and establish a regular trial.
