Due to measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus and because there was no certainty that the 14-year-old had undergone a covid test, the orphanage administration placed him in a special area, separate from the rooms where he was held. the other children are staying. The 14-year-old was familiar with the orphanage facilities since, as Papafeio’s administration reveals, he had been staying there in the recent past and had left the institution even then. Specifically, according to a Papafeio source cited by Voria.gr, the 14-year-old was transferred to the orphanage on October 20, by order of the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office.
