The ministry proceeded to adjust target prices in 16 areas across the country following suggestions from appraisers and in compliance with a relevant decision from the State Council. Prices in most areas are reduced with the exception of 4 areas. The new prices will be applied retroactively from October or December 2019, as the case may be, and will lead to reductions for the most part in the ENFIA this year, but also in the transfer tax for those who proceeded to purchase properties from the end of 2019 to the present. At the same time, the municipal rates will be adjusted accordingly.
New zone prices
According to the decision of the Minister of Finance Christos Staikouras of October 2, 2019 the prices are adjusted:
– For zone A ‘of the Psychiko Municipal Unit at 3,950 euros, from 4,200.
– For zone B ‘of the Psychiko Municipal Unit at 3,100 euros, from 3,750.
– For zone F ‘of the Psychiko Municipal Unit at 2,800 euros, from 3,250.
– For zone A ‘of the Filothei Municipal Unit at 3,750 euros, from 4,150.
-For zone B ‘of the Filothei Municipal Unit at 4,700 euros as it is today
– For area C ‘of the Filothei Municipal Unit at 3,300 euros from 3,550.
– For area D ‘of the Filothei Municipal Unit at 3,350 euros, from 3,200 euros.
– For the E ‘Ekali area of the Kifissia municipality at 2,000 euros, from 1,900 today.
– For the KE ‘zone of the first department of the municipality of Atenas at 3,250 euros from 3,050.
– For zone A ‘of the Lilaia settlement of the Delphi municipality at 1,000 euros from 900 today.
– For zone A ‘of the Etofolia settlement of the Municipal Unit of Exomburgo, of the Municipality of Tinos at 1,050 euros from 900
– For zone A ‘of the Agia Varvara settlement of the Municipal Unit of Tinos at 1,100 euros from 850
As of December 18, 2019, prices are adjusted:
– Through zone A ‘of the Karkados settlement, of the Municipal Unit of Tinos at 800 euros from the 1,050 euros today
-For zone B ‘of the Kato Kleismata settlement, at 950 euros from 1,050 euros
– For zone A ‘of the Kalloni settlement at 1,100 as it is today
– For zone VI of Tinos, in the Municipality of Tinos, at 950 euros from 1,200 euros today
